WORKING WITH CAROLINE REESE
Ways to build a mentoring practice that lasts past October.
Whether you need a place to start or a full year of preparation, here's exactly what's available: the guided programs, the 1:1 support, and the free resources, so you can find the right next step.
WHERE TO BEGIN
Two ways in, one starting question.
Every teacher who comes to me is somewhere on the same path: they see what's possible with a real mentoring program, but they're not sure whether they need a running start or a full season of building. Both programs below get you there, just at different depths. If you're not sure which one fits, an exploratory call is the fastest way to find out.

Foundation gives you enough to get started. The full Mentor Within gives you a year's worth of preparation. Not sure which? That's exactly what the exploratory call is for.
1:1 SUPPORT
Coaching Calls
Some support doesn't need a full program, just a trusted person to think alongside for an hour. Coaching calls are one-on-one sessions for anyone wanting individual guidance, whether or not you've gone through the Mentor Within.
A dedicated booking link for coaching calls is coming soon. In the meantime, mention it on an exploratory call and we'll get you set up.
COACHING CALLS ARE A FIT IF YOU'RE:
- Working through a specific student or classroom situation and want another perspective
- Mid-way through Mentor Within and want extra support on one milestone
- Not ready for a full program but want expert eyes on what you're already building
- Looking for ongoing accountability after finishing The Mentor Within
