Build a mentoring program your students will remember for the rest of their lives.
The Mentor Within
An 8-week guided experience for middle and high school teachers who still care deeply but can't find the bridge between that care and a structure that actually reaches students so they can build a mentoring program that's finally, unmistakably theirs.
Next Experience Begins Spring 2027
I'm ready to build this
Underneath the lesson plans, this is what you really want
01
To matter to a student, not just manage a classroom
You didn't get into this to deliver content. You want to go home knowing you connected with a human being, not just covered material.
02
To feel like you finally have this figured out
Underneath the good intentions is something you rarely say out loud: you want to feel capable of building real relationships with students, not like you're winging it every day.
03
To remember why you became a teacher
More than any program, you want the felt sense of purpose that brought you here in the first place: restored, not just talked about.
You're managing a full load, meeting every obligation, and probably look fine from the outside.
But inside, your days feel more like content delivery than human connection. You've relied on good intentions without a real structure to back them up: advisory moments that faded once the year got hard, models that never quite fit your students or your school. You carry it quietly, because teaching doesn't make room for that kind of honesty.
So you keep doing most things the way you have always done them.
You keep white-knuckling connection night after night, telling yourself you'll build something real once things calm down. And it's quietly costing you: the students who needed one more year of you, the momentum you built in September that was gone by October, and the low hum of knowing something is missing that follows you home most days.
WHAT IF, IN JUST 8 WEEKS, this was true instead?
01
You walk into school with a complete mentoring program built around your actual students, your actual schedule, and your actual school. It is not a template you have to force to fit.
02
You know exactly how to open the first days, build trust deliberately, and respond when trust gets tested, because you've already planned for it.
03
You're part of a community of fellow mentors who understand exactly what this work costs and what it gives back, so you're never carrying it alone.
04
You feel something restore in you. Not just a new skill set. The felt sense that this work matters, and that you are, once again, the reason a student decided to stay.
Introducing...
The Mentor Within
See differently. Build deliberately. Reach every student.
An 8-week guided experience that walks teachers through building a complete, personalized mentoring program from the ground up. This isn't a template you adapt halfheartedly. It's a system built around your students, your school, and who you are as a mentor, using the same M.E.N.T.O.R. framework that's carried real mentoring programs through real school years.
You don't have to keep winging it.
I'm ready to build thisThe Mentor Within is designed to support teachers who still care deeply. By the end, you will:

Two Monthly Community Calls
After the cohort wraps, you're not on your own. Two live monthly calls give you a standing space to check in, troubleshoot what's coming up in your mentoring group, and problem-solve with Caroline and fellow mentors as the school year actually unfolds.
And about that price.
There are one-off PD workshops and generic advisory curricula out there for a fraction of this. If a slide deck or a binder were the answer, you'd have built this program years ago. What's actually been costing you isn't a lack of ideas. It's the October collapse, the informal moments that couldn't hold over time, and the mental weight of trying to figure this out alone while still teaching a full load. The Mentor Within is for the teacher who is done winging it and wants a program she can actually keep.
This is not that.
This isn't another program you adapt halfheartedly, built by someone who's never met your students. It's a guided experience that gives you both the structure and the felt experience of being mentored yourself, built for exactly where you are right now: still caring, still showing up, and finally ready to build.
Hi, I'm Caroline.
I came into education as a math teacher. But early on I noticed something I couldn't unsee: the students struggling most weren't struggling because of math. They were struggling because no one truly saw them. Once I saw that, the subject became secondary to the human being sitting in front of me.
Students started finding me before I ever had a program to offer, lingering after class, showing up at my door. So I built a mentoring structure at Meridian because the existing ones weren't enough. The students flourished, and then the teachers noticed. They started pulling me aside, confessing something that felt almost vulnerable to admit: they wanted what I had built but didn't know how to create it themselves.
That's what I've spent 25 years working on, one conversation at a time. Now I help teachers build that same kind of mentoring program, not because they need to try harder, but because no one ever showed them it was a learnable skill.
What's standing between you and saying yes?
What are the key dates I need to know?
How much time does this take each week?
I've tried building something like this before and it fell apart by October. Why would this be different?
Will this work for my school's requirement around advisory or SEL?
What if I can't make every live session?
Is this a curriculum I follow or something I build?
What if my students don't buy in right away?
Is this the right time to join?
Ready to see differently, build deliberately, and reach every student you'll ever teach?
This is for the teacher who still cares deeply and is finally ready to stop wishing for more meaningful work and start building it. You already have what it takes. You just need the structure to carry it.
Next experience begins Spring 2027.
