  • What trust-building actually feels like first-hand, and how to translate that lived experience into a ready-to-use unit for early in the school year.
  • Where your own non-negotiables are, separate from what your school requires, and where you actually have room to flex.   
  • How to stop reinventing connection from scratch every year and start drawing on practices that are genuinely yours.

I didn’t start with a framework. I started with a Friday afternoon and no idea what I was doing.
