This is a free 20-minute conversation, just the two of us.

A little about me

I am Caroline Reese. I spent 25 years inside classrooms and schools learning one thing above everything else. The students struggling most were not struggling because of the subject matter. They were struggling because no one truly saw them.

Once I saw that, everything changed for me.

Students started finding their way to me before I ever had a program to offer. Lingering after class. Showing up at my door. Not because I advertised myself as someone to talk to, but because something signaled safety.

And then teachers started doing the same thing. Pulling me aside after meetings, confessing something that felt almost vulnerable to admit: they wanted what I had built with students. They just did not know where to start.

That conversation happened not once but many times, across many years. This call is my answer to it.
