2.  The three reasons care keeps missing even when the intention is there.   And why good intentions alone are never going to be enough to close the gap.   

3.  A first experience of seeing a struggling student differently.  Not just knowing you should see them differently, but actually doing it in real time in the session.   

4.   One concrete thing you can do this summer.   So that when September arrives, the care you've always had has somewhere to land.   

5.   The felt sense of being genuinely seen.   Because what you're trying to create for students starts with experiencing it yourself. 

About Caroline Reese

Caroline Reese has spent 25 years building mentoring programs from inside the same impossible constraints teachers live in every day. She started as a math teacher who couldn’t stop noticing that the students struggling most weren’t struggling because of math; they were struggling because no one truly saw them.

For years, teachers have been finding their way to her, not because she advertised, but because something signaled safety. Pulling her aside in hallways, confessing something that felt almost vulnerable to say out loud: “I see what you’ve built with students. I want that. I just don’t know where to start.”

This workshop is her answer.
