You still care.

So why does it feel like it isn't landing.

A free 45-minute workshop for middle and high school teachers who are still showing up for students and quietly wondering if that care is going anywhere.

Tuesday, June 9

8:00 PM EST (5:00 PST)

Free    Live on Zoom    45 minutes

No cost. No replay obligation. Just show up.

This workshop is for you if any of these sound true.

  • You still care about students.   You haven't burned out.   But something about the work feels hollow in a way that's hard to name.
  • You want students to know they matter AND you want go home knowing you connected with a human being, not just delivered content.
  • You've tried to build something more meaningful with students and watched it quietly fall apart by October.
  • You can see what's missing.   You just can't figure out how to build it inside a schedule that's already impossible.
  • You became a teacher because you wanted to matter to young people, and some days you're not sure what's happening.

This workshop is not for teachers who have already checked out.   It's for the ones who haven't and are ready to finally name what's in the way.

In 45 minutes, you'll walk away with:

1.  A name for the specific thing that's been missing.   Not burnout, something different, something solveable, and something that requires a completely different response than rest.

2.  The three reasons care keeps missing even when the intention is there.   And why good intentions alone are never going to be enough to close the gap.

3.  A first experience of seeing a struggling student differently.  Not just knowing you should see them differently, but actually doing it in real time in the session.

4.   One concrete thing you can do this summer.   So that when September arrives, the care you've always had has somewhere to land.

5.   The felt sense of being genuinely seen.   Because what you're trying to create for students starts with experiencing it yourself.

About Caroline Reese

Caroline Reese has spent 25 years building mentoring programs from inside the same impossible constraints teachers live in every day. She started as a math teacher who couldn’t stop noticing that the students struggling most weren’t struggling because of math; they were struggling because no one truly saw them.

For years, teachers have been finding their way to her, not because she advertised, but because something signaled safety. Pulling her aside in hallways, confessing something that felt almost vulnerable to say out loud: “I see what you’ve built with students. I want that. I just don’t know where to start.”

This workshop is her answer.

The students in front of you now cannot wait for a perfect plan.

But they can wait one summer for you to build something that will hold.
